When there's feedback to be given, it'll be given in a direct, yet fair way. There's always a clear path as to where you're at, where you can go, and the sky truly is the limit here. -Company culture is unparalleled. Every company I've been at has touted it's culture during my initial interviews, however Rippling is the only business I've worked at that actually lives what they speak. I don't think I've ever had as much fun or been as involved with the members of my team elsewhere. -Transparency is CONSTANT at Rippling. There's no hiding between words or actions here. -HR & Payroll is a tough industry to learn. There's a steep learning curve if you're not familiar, however more investments in training is in the process. -Benefits aren't the most competitive you'll find, but it's still better than most. As the company grows I have no doubts this will improve.
