If you work here you will get a variety of experiences in residential renovations around New York. Their offices are also nice and in the West Village.

Rise projects totally lacks any sort of organization, passion for their work or respect for their employees or clients. They are not interested in growth, the discipline of architecture, or design. They lack commitment to any ideals, and do not foster a healthy work environment. They think architecture is somewhat of a joke.

Little to no direction for developing projects, vague language given to design team. Unfriendly, condescending upper management, demeaning & unhelpful comments were typical. No internal structure to speak of, was not trained at all. Chaotic workflow, bounced between projects too often. Work messaging carried into weekday evenings & weekends too often, no sense of respect for employee time.
