The culture here is broken beyond repair. The degree of emotional manipulation, surveillance and mistrust of employees, internal favoritism and lack of structure takes a toll on mental health that no raise or title is worth. For how much they boast being a racially diverse and women-led company, their beliefs do not support this claim. Overall, the company cares more about their standing among clients and upholding their personal reputations than the wellbeing and success of their employees.

I feel like there is a strong commitment to the team and their success. Employees are encouraged to build new skills and take on responsibility. The leadership is thoughtful, approachable, and genuinely invested in both the work and the people doing it.
