Recruit from grad days so it’s like being at uni. Massive drink and who knows what culture. When someone leaves because they don’t like the bullying/lad culture your manager will tell you they have no drive or purpose and are bad people. Swearing round the office is disgusting. Most managers are dating in the office so you can’t trust anyone. Constant promises of new offices which don’t happen. I’ve seen very good, hardworking people leave mainly women because this isn’t a professional space. When people leave you aren’t allowed to congratulate them they are nothing but a failure and the lad culture jumps on this and is horrible about people. Directors will make recruiters justify every step of their action but infront of people in a lad way again lad bully culture People recruited on how much waffle they can chat in interviews and not any skill or drive.
