My reviews are repeatedly taken down. But I need to share my experience. Working here was nothing short of disappointing. From the very beginning, the atmosphere was tense and hostile, with senior staff members creating an environment fueled by negativity, gossip, and power plays. Many senior employees seemed to take pleasure in belittling and undermining others, showing a blatant disregard for professionalism and respect. Constructive feedback was practically nonexistent; instead, the senior staff often resorted to harsh criticisms, public humiliation, and even bullying. The blatant favoritism and lack of inclusivity made it impossible to feel valued or supported. Collaboration was nonexistent—everyone operated in cliques, and genuine teamwork was discouraged. Rather than fostering growth and learning, senior staff seemed more focused on tearing others down. They also regularly fire people in brutal ways. Ultimately, this environment was mentally exhausting and emotionally draining. The lack of respect, encouragement, and common decency led me to question my own abilities and dread each workday. It’s unfortunate that such a talented team is held back by a toxic and bullying culture. I would not recommend this workplace to anyone looking for a healthy, supportive, or progressive environment your mental health with be destroyed.
