There is a lot of room for growth in the company so you can move to new positions. The company is always hiring but that's also because people are always quitting. Some coworkers are really nice and like-minded. It's a pretty good place to start if you're new to the mental health field. PTO is really good and you get a 401k. You can't get fired so that's a pro for some people.
Svantaggi
Programs can't keep up with caseloads. You'll be really undercompensated with no work-life balance and the managers will shame you if you fall behind. Lots of people who work here are lazy if they even come to work. One of the doctors is LGBT-phobic and gossips about the clients and the staff she doesn't like. The company pretty much can't fire anyone and no one actually tries to help you if you ask for it.
