This new company to Charlotte, NC has an exciting atmosphere. They really listen to their employees needs and genuinely care for all of the co-workers. I researched them before applying and saw that they just moved from Dayton, OH. When I asked about the future, they always talk about expanding into different markets other than here and that excites everyone. They have very big goals and to me, I think they are on the right track to hit those.

Finding the building was a little difficult. Google maps brought me to a college down the road, but I called and they helped me find it in the middle of Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Also a con would be getting a chance to sit down with the manager, he seems to have a lot on his plate.
