Read the other negative reviews and take them to heart. I've worked in multiple fast-paced, high-volume nonprofit legal services, and none of them are perfect. But this isn't normal. Don't wait until you spend weeks sobbing yourself to sleep every night and finally realize this is not okay and you need to get out.
