My experience with Risk Focus was so overwhelmingly positive that I wanted to take a moment and share my experiences for prospective employees. -Fairly flat structure with real, personal, engagement from CEO down -Impressive team of highly skilled people- I cannot overstate how incredible the talent pool is -Company is actively invested in internal training, there is an expectation that you will obtain skills and certifications, and they support every step of the process. -The work is challenging and creative -Company culture respects work/life balance

This type of environment isn't for everyone. Risk Focus is a consulting firm- work ranges from short term engagements to long term, ultimately though you are there to deliver a solution to a customer and then move on. If you like fresh challenges and periodically adapting to different environments/workflows, this is a great place to be.
