Everyone knows their role but are also always happy to assist wherever, whenever you need it, giving the working environment real focus without losing that friendly and relaxed feeling. - Management are friendly, very approachable, and clear with their goals for the business. Nothing that doesn't effect any startup and nothing you wouldn't expect elsewhere... Ideally, we would have more staff to help further develop the product on quicker timeframes - but we know there are plans in place to make this happen so it's only a matter of time!
