Say you have a family to support and you want to know the truth. Ask him if he applied to jobs in the last one year. - Look for consultants and former consultants. Search the internet if you are not sure what it means... - Ask about the layoffs. Ask about historical stock price. Ask about the bonus. Save yourself the tragedy and find something better to do with your life.
