Company is cheap which makes a bunch of unnecessary hurdles working. Upper management doesn’t care about efficiency or work life balance of workers. They refuse to write anything down that pertains to processes. This probably would make them realize how clustered and disorganized their processes are! The whole company acts like they show people how to use the systems but all their “how to” documents are dated and don’t match the current programs. You get 2 different answers from 2 people in the same department.
