Work-life balances as a whole among staff generally okay, but with significant exemptions recently Sometimes it can feel like your work benefits society Great support from manager on personal issues

Morale dropping rapidly, lots of staff thinking of leaving Business no longer running for initlal goals of helping planet and improving sustainable policy, now fully as a profit vehicle Staff are not really listened to, complaints or issues raised not properly acknowledged Significant lack of transparency around certain issues; raising question of is the company really 'employee owned?' Lack of support for training and progression Uncertainty over whether a time served element is required for progression
