Finding tech companies in Albuquerque is tough when there seems to be nothing but Governmental jobs. However, RiskSense gives a great opportunity allowing you to get into an exciting tech environment. The company works in Cyber Risk Management, and has developed a cyber risk management platform. Working on it, and on the penetration testing side is something no other company offers. RiskSense is known across the US, and it's cool to see household names come across our desks on a daily basis. Competitive salaries, especially compared to other tech companies in ABQ, treats employees well with an employee friendly attitude. Work is challenging, and it's not a 40 hour a week job, but if you're someone who likes to keep busy, grow your skills, and be around some really smart people, it's the place for you.

As with most startups, if you like doing your one thing, 9 - 5pm and going home, probably not the job for you. Things are not super process oriented like a big company, and everyone ends up wearing a lot of hats. Not necessarily bad, but could be if you don't like change.
