Not for pure developers - Recensione dipendente - Quantitative Analyst presso Riskcare

As a quant I'd give this company 4 stars. But many of the developers I worked with were not quants and had a hard time picking up instructions. The consultancy do not use BAs so you are expected to gather your own requirements and implement them. Training wasn't always possible given the pressure and as a quant I found that frustrating as developers often were unsure how to progress things. Many were on the bench for months at a time especially the front-end devs. But if you're a quant then it's a good place to work.
