The best days are in the past. The company has become just another share holder value company where the average employee is a number not a name. I would not recommend anyone working for this new company that does not epitomize the values that Dave instilled in so many employees and what made the company so great.

Thank you for taking the time to express your thoughts. Shareholder value is often perceived negative, based on financial mumbo-jumbo driven by Wall Street. We see it as much more than that: providing our customers great service, our suppliers honest dealings, our investors trustworthiness and our employees fair opportunity. This is what Dave set off to achieve 58 years ago, building real shareholder value and it will continue to be what makes us so successful today and into the future. Thank you.

The work was interesting; travel opportunities. Decent office downtown. Occasional catered lunches.

Massively toxic work environment. Worst coworkers in the world. Literal fraud, SH & SA coverups, and illegal activities, but if you hit their quotas and have no integrity, apply - you’re gold for them.
