There is room for improvement in promoting gender inclusivity and diversity within the office. Potential conflicts of interest arising from the consolidation of HR and finance departments. There is limited scope for WFH which may restrict employee flexibility and work-life balance.

Passionate directors. Chose great projects. Clearly had design eyes. Directors cared about personal development and were very helpful with queries. Company full of hard workers.
