Never enough help. Always cutting staff. Dismissing employees I worked hard to train. High staff turnover. Number one complaint from customers was that we never had enough help.. District management unresponsive to pharmacy needs and problems. Middle and Upper management do not take credit for bad company policies they create, but rather blame the staff. Runs promotions without providing the necessary inventory and support for increase in business.
