During my time HR always made sure my health benefits, 401k, and other needs were always addressed promptly. Excellent PTO time and excellent health benefits for the size of the company. CEO always made sure employees got the best health Insurance policy.

Semi-Conductor industry has a lot of high and low times, "That has nothing to due with the company itself though". Was always employed with no pay cuts for my position, through the good and bad times.
