-I was able to work in a production codebase -There was clear and helpful structure to our sprints -Joel was a superlative lead and mentor -I worked on a wide variety of full stack bugs and features of varying intensity -Code review process was clear -Was able to choose some of my projects -Got to learn Django

-Only wish it were longer!
