- Management does not support sales associates on the floor - work schedule are always late and constantly changing/ not reliable - expectations are high with no compensation - management do not show up for there schedule shifts. - management finds any reason to demote you - there is no work balance - teams communicate through an app at all times of day and there is also a portal that you are expected to communicate through as well. - high turn over - when working a full shift not always you get a brake - company does not know how to work with a diversity team - expected to step outside to attract costumers inside the store with any type of weather hot or snow
