Hours, No advancement for "certain" departments. Only care about pleasing the guest and not much the employee. The pay is very low for Westchester County oppose to the other two locations in New York because not actually in New York City. The shifts doesnt make sense, and management only seem to care about The Guest and not The Employee

The GM creates a toxic work environment. HR didn’t respond to emails, and couldn’t handle the workload. The accountants think they’re the best thing since sliced bread and only ever send nasty emails to other staff members. Favoritism is frequently, and blatantly displayed.
