pay and benefits are okay. Vacation time is good IF you get it. Since the time you earn is "un-vested" , if you leave in the year your earning it you don't get paid for it.

Don't count on any time to yourself, the Supervisor I had was contently calling or texting me on my day off, volunteering me for OT without seeing if I could even work, changing my shift and days off without caring if I had plans and without asking. HE , however, you could never reach on his day off and contently volunteered for additional shifts, then deciding at the last minute he didn't want to work, sticking someone else with his shifts. The Director would constantly cover up his mistakes and refuse to take any action against him. Talks a good game with culture and values while having none.
