Unprofessional Company, Unoriginal Games, Terrible Management - Recensione dipendente - Artist/Animator presso Ritz Deli Games

- Unprofessional and completely disorganized. - Unoriginal project is literally a one-to-one clone of an existing title, so much so, that in-progress assets shared the same names as the game being cloned. - No HR Department - Discrimination towards issues regarding mental health - Shady 'reference checking' on employees, that do not include official channels, like actual, former employers I started as a contractor with Ritz Deli Games. After 9 months, I was offered a Salary position. 5 months later, I was told there wasn't enough work to keep me on (which wasn't true at all), and was laid off 2 weeks before I would have been eligible for Unemployment benefits, during a pandemic. When I questioned them about this, and mentioned personal issues I had been having, Management went quiet, and immediately removed me from all company communication and access. Stay away from this company.
