They barely train you and expect you to know what you’re doing. Get threatened write ups left and right. You can’t go through your chain of command because the team leads and supervisors DO NOT listen. Only good supervisor is 2nd shifts current one and 3rd shifts supervisor. They will not listen to their employees when we tell them something is messed up. 9 times out of 10, they will just say “we’ll make it work, product needs to get out ASAP”.
