A lot of great talk but very little real action. They have let a lot of good people leave and most of the people there are just milking it. Recruiting is a joke compared to competitive solutions that sell for less. Learning is a dinosaur and there's been no serious development on this solution for years. Hard to believe they have any clients left using these solutions. Performance is good and easy to use but they have failed to sell it for anything other than basic performance reviews. No real strategy for selling performance and they can't seem to get any traction in selling it. Onboaring has become stale and they keep regurgitating the same features and try to spin them as new. Red Carpet was a great solution but they've only had a few customers use it to its full potential. Sales strategy for onboarding is very weak and sales management doesn't seem to understand how to uniquely position this solution.
