The company, though much bigger than when it was founded, is still at a stage where most people do a lot more than their "role" might otherwise indicate, and there is always an opportunity to learn about something new. The team across the board is incredibly talented, knowledgable, and in some cases rather notable (especially in Engineering, where several members cut their teeth at Microsoft during the dawn of the consumer internet). Finally, there is a comedic sensibility that consistently provides entertainment, and tends to bring us all together.

During the product development lifecycle bottlenecks occasionally occur as a side effect of team size, and as a details oriented company we sometimes seem to miss the forest for the trees.
