The people genuinely enjoy working with each other. There is a very collaborative atmosphere.

Company is growing and can sometimes feel like they jump from one idea to the next. A lot has changed fro the good in the last 6 months and things seem like they are on the right path. There's a lot more proactive planning than reactive scrambling.
