Chock full of creatives, Music is in the AIR you breathe, Owned by former Atlantic employee, even with over a decade of experience, learning new things every day. Work with amazing artists- A List to Indie, and many labels. Fun atmosphere, incredible people, lots of travel to conferences and industry events, office and studio are located in an old historic house in Red bank-central location statewide, plenty of perks like concert tickets, free lunches, company outings, and meeting and working with awesome artists and industry people. Also flexible to work at home if require or during 2019-2021.

That I didn't make the change and start working here sooner!

Started this job out of college and it was definitely fun and got me doing stuff that was constantly exciting. Hours, dress, and basically everything was flexible. As long as you do your work, there weren't many rules.

The business is run out of a home that isn't very clean. The lack of structure you like at first, can get old. There isn't any growth opportunities. It's basically a small business run by a husband/wife team.
