Managers who treat you like rubbish in manchester arndale. Every single one was so offhand and loved to be lenient with their favourites. Hated working there so much. The frequent bag and body searches in front of customers make us feel like a criminal even when we stole nothing. Managers love to stand and chat for 30 mins at a time and longer and get irritated and angry when you have a quick chat to a colleague starting their shift. When the store is quiet and there is no one in, the clothes are all sized and perfect standards, they will still be so condescending to you and be like ‘do you understand what I mean when I say standards or not just say yes or no?’ When youve literally made the clothes look PERFECT, they just want something to complain about to the store leaders so they look good. Rubbish store to work in, hated every minute
