Long Drive from home but it makes it worth it. Medical insurance could be better.

Most residents are delightful and the pay is alright

Senior management and HR suck. So do most department heads. They never investigate situations they just punish whoever is liked the least. Very toxic work environment if you’re not anyone’s favorite. Hourly employees don’t seem to matter. We are the expendable group.
