Plenty of overtime if you want

They don't care about your safety, lack of management, lack of training I got this job through a temp agency, which in of itself is a red flag. My first day here I had to watch a 90 minute video about safety, and how this company practices a culture of safety. The very next day I witnessed another maintenance tech and our maintenance supervisor use a boom lift to climb on top of equipment that was 20+ feet in the air with no safety rails, all without fall harnesses. This wasn't the only instance of them breaking their own safety "standards". The maintenance tech I was shadowing would continually reach inside moving and energized equipment to perform work. This company had millions of other red flags so after my first week here I scrambled to find work elsewhere. I don't recommend this company at all.
