Treated well, but didn't feel part of the team - Recensione dipendente - Operations Training Specialist presso RiverTech

I worked for RiverTech on a government contract and worked daily at a Military installation with several other company employees. Since we were geographically separated from the "company", I never felt like we were really a part of the RiverTech team...we were our own entity. I felt like I was more of a part of the military unit I supported than part of the RiverTech team. Our "Site Lead" probably had more frequent interaction with people at the company level, but the rest of us only heard from the company a couple times a year. Working for the company directly, may have been different, but in my position working on a military contract, there was no room for advancement.
