      The benefits were marginal, could have been better.

      Lots of layoffs and people leaving since being acquired by Vector Capital in 2023. The acceleration products seem to be in demand, the observability ones not so much. I wouldn't risk it, do something else.

      The people were talented with a really good mentoring and training program. Good benefits and a healthy organization to improve selling services with solid products to enable clients

      The benefits are actually really good

      Everything else is bad. No career progression, no raises and the environment is incredibly petty and toxic. Revenue at this company isn't going to improve and they've already gone bankrupt at least once that I know of in the last few years.
