My colleagues are also from diverse tribes In kenya which makes it interesting I learning how different people work. And their thought process. Finally,my scope in the motor industry is wider and I now understand the different needs in the market and the numerous service providers.

Being a small organisation there is limited room for growth as the services being provided aren't many.
