Vantaggi
-The manager is very talented and passionate at what she does. -Everyone in the office is energetic, highly motivated, and eager to help at anytime. -The morning meetings are impactful and usually motivating.
Svantaggi
-Sales and marketing at its lowest. You work at a Sam's Club, set up a kiosk, and push items from unknown brands. You sell items such as cosmetics, bedding, hair irons, icy-hot, and even more random stuff. -The techniques used aren't professional, they're cheesy like what you see on infomercials or QVC. -You will be broke working this job. Pay is $8 per hour plus commission. So in the end that still won't amount to much selling the items mentioned above. So those who hustle the hardest and sell the most make a below median wage and everyone else makes at or below minimum wage. -Scheduling is all over the place. You'll work every weekend, nights, days, entire day through evenings, and have random days off during the week. -Even though the manager is great at what she does, at times she is unorganized and sporadic. -The office is full of micro-managers. They expect phone calls everyday after your shifts, early morning meetings, meetings at night, weekends and off days. -In all honesty, the business is set up like a pyramid scheme. The morning meetings are full of motivational speeches and promises of financial prosperity. But the only one who makes any real money is the manager.
