They can be a very brutally honest with you, which is a good thing, so be prepared to have thick skin and not take feedback personally. The criticism is always in service of helping you grow and delivering work for the client.

With over 25 years of experience in the advertising and entertainment industries, I can say without exaggeration that working for a woman-owned advertising agency is a breath of fresh air. Rivers Agency is helmed by a woman who has the business acumen to celebrate over 30 years doing what she loves, while never losing sight of the welfare of her community and her employees. She has surrounded herself with a talented team of professionals who work passionately together to push the creative and technical envelope every day for their clients.
