Great company to work for.

None really, hours can be a bit long.

Lost some really good people. Great customers. The owners should sell the operation before Toyota pulls the plug. Diamond in the rough.

2nd generation owners, Negative culture. Distrust among General Managers of other company stores. Lack of cooperation. You are working in a shark tank. Once you figure out the comp plan you realize you are getting ripped. Lots of spying and backstabbing. Too many employees there who just want to coast. The hard workers wind up leaving. Very high turn-over.
