Management is inefficient and ignorant.

12 hour shifts , when scheduled properly you could work 3 days on and have 4 days off, but mine never worked that way.

inconsistent shifts scheduled off one day one of day ,,night shift cant flourish that way. I was full time, but got bumped off the unit { I was hired for }by a contract nurse, several times. They took so much out of my check in taxes. Unprofessional techs who dont help you at all. And supervisors who nit pick on who they choose.
