They demand work without equal pay. They promised several things during interview process that by day 2 of employment that were already pulling back on. Lied about the hours that will be requested for work which changed the salary on the contract. Requested you work on days off by attending constant sales meetings. They anlso want you to use a personal cell phone that is not paid for to make over 100 cold calls a week to generate sales which is how they will “rate” your performance. Overall, a complete scam to get you to work for less than pay at Walmart convincing you it all will be worth it when you move up. A scam!
