Good incentive programs, awesome overall culture and engagement. The company really cares to engage with people and there are cool benefits and perks. Just won Best Workplaces for SW Washington and Oregon!

Benefits package could be improved. The addition of a better PTO plan and a 401K would make our offering really competitive.

Will hire anyone, so if you can’t find anything else, you could definitely get a job here.

If you have ever worked for a credible company in your life, you will start noticing red flags day ONE. This company is beyond sketchy. Save yourself some time, and keep looking for something else. You will feel let down if you buy into the butterflies and rainbow facade. Completely unprofessional and pushy company. The reason they push for a “one call close” is so that business owners don’t have the time to think of questions about the service. If any job is selling to their new employees about how great it is, and how much money you’re going to make, THEY ARE LYING. Keep looking, a better job is out there!
