Thank you for your review. As we are sure you are aware, over the last 2 years we have worked to overhaul our entire operational structure. From management expectations, to technology enhancements and additional organizational design, we have done a complete 180 in terms of how we operate. This has had multiple road blocks and challenges along the way and we still have more to do, but we have heard this feedback and we are actively working on additional resources and support that we can provide our teams to be better informed and feel more confident in their roles. As an example, in April - June we launched a new detailed learning path for both our Merchant Success and Deployment teams, leading to stronger understanding of the business and each person's role. We plan to continue this through 2025 and by the end we will have established learning paths, onboarding programs, and continued development plans for all of our teams across all departments.
