Vantaggi
They had decent pay and commission. They have “bonuses” almost every day for the salesmen. They encourage you to make money. They have a paid training in Vancouver.
Svantaggi
Very money focused, they care more about money than you. None of the commission was paid out. I won a contest and they didn’t send me the prize after reaching out 4 times and ultimately told me no. They have a quota of $300 in leasing per week. Granted you can get a big deal that is more than 300 in a day it’s hard to get that and most deals are a lot less. They set up appointments for you but the marketing team sets them up with people who don’t want you to be there so you show up to an angry person who doesn’t even know there’s a meeting. It was most common for there to be a no show or for the owner to have no clue I was showing up because they thought the call was a scam. They set me up on an appointment with people who were actively trying to quit Riverside because they were being double charged on the backend after they signed up. They also set me up with an appointment where the guy had the attorney general after Riverside due to him getting scammed out of a ton of money. It’s easy to be the good guy in person but you really don’t know what is going to happen after you leave. Not to mention the appointments they send you on are really far from each other! Sometimes you can be driving up to 5 hours a day to and from appointments. They reimburse you with $300/ month for gas and vehicle maintenance but all things said that’s not nearly enough. These mandatory appointments can be a few hours away and most of the time the person just says no, isn’t interested, isn’t there or told the marketer no over the phone and they send you anyways.
