Whereas for some other teams working hard gets them nowhere but into weeds of politics and being responsible may put you in trouble. So don't work if you work here :) ! One only gets fired for very serious crime only otherwise its just more work for supervisor to keep putting several performance improvement plans for employee every year. One type of ethnicity flourishes here due to favorism.
