Toxic environment - Recensione dipendente - Patient Care Assistant (PCA) presso Riverside Veterinary Clinic

Management don’t know what they’re doing. They don’t know what a pca job role is so they just have you being skivvy. Wage discrepancies across the board which they refuse to discuss. If you have an opinion management will literally bully you until you leave and even when you do leave they will talk negatively about you to ex collegues. They will block any career progression, even if they tell you in interview it’s available, because they want you to just clean for minimum wage. Extremely toxic people. When you ask to do your actual job you are told you have an attitude problem and they basically ignore you. Also withhold wages at random and refuse to address that issue aswell, not sure if this is down to malice or just pure incompetence. Had to eventually complain to HR where my grievance was upheld on three counts, one not upheld because they refused to tell the truth. You’ll be walking on eggshells if you work here.
