Leadership is so incredibly toxic. Catty, showing favoritism, shady, and target employees who speak up. Compensation is lacking, the insurance coverage is a joke, and the PTO accrual is embarrassing (PTO used to cover holidays). HR is not a safe place to bring concerns (especially if they're about your supervisor - you're likely to put a target on your back). Clinical staff work expectations aren't clear (i.e - working outside your scope and often) because leadership just wants bodies to fill positions.
