I joined Rivet Labs as a very early employee, so some of the things might change as they grow. - Their team is the selling point for me. I loved every day in the office, all of the team members were super helpful and supportive. - The company is growing and it's growing very quickly, Nikhil has been a great leader who has managed to get a lot of great clients onboard, which I think is a huge positive for a 5-10 people company. - Chance to grow, I had seen a lot of growth in a very short span of time, which sets Rivet Labs apart from other organizations, my role had evolved a lot during my time here, my responsibilities grew, also I got to learn a lot along the way. - Leadership is very approachable, you will not find this kind of leadership in other companies *period*. Both Varun and Nikhil were very approachable, I had worked very closely with them, and both of them were very helpful, kind and friendly. - Learning from experienced, I was the youngest member of the team at the time with no experience in my hand, and then there were these pros with great experience working alongside me, there is a lot of room to learn. - Strong feedback culture, they very much appreciate feedback, they constantly look for improvements in the company as well as in each other. It was so good, that I would love to work at Rivet Labs again sometime in future.

It is an early stage company, there might be some sprints where you might have to overwork yourself to reach the goals which might mean forgetting weekends sometimes. It is a US/India company, be prepped up for some late night/early morning meetings.
