6yThank you for your review. I’m very sorry to hear you didn’t have as satisfying an experience at Rivian as you’d hoped, though glad to hear you appreciated your colleagues. As some time has passed since you posted this review, I’d hope that if you were still here you’d have seen some positive changes as we are hiring more people to share the ambitious workload. Another reviewer indicated that we’d hired too many people—so we’re very focused on trying to strike the right balance. Thanks again for taking the time to share your experience.
