Most folks who have worked here for years are at the same rate of pay *give or take literal change -Management is nice enough and there is a sense of safety in your day to day to be yourself and speak on your ideas

-VERY little opportunity for growth. In most operations positions, you have to count on someone leaving to ever dream of a promotion. -Your pay will likely remain the same no matter how many years you work here. -VERY disorganized in almost every aspect of the business that interacts with operations. Poor tooling creates poor cross functional communication. Poor data tracking tools create unrealistic and skewed metrics. -Work life balance as a leader is nonexistent ESPECIALLY at EOQ. Upper management is texting & slacking late at night and early in the morning (well outside of working hours) with an expectation to respond. Management "thanks" those who are willing to work 40+ hours of OT by giving shoutouts in meetings with no substantial reward system for hard work.
