      As stated, ultra-toxic. fumes and particles will finish you off long before your time. They should be in court for ill health of previous employees. Any attempt to show initiative met with punishment. Small minded, management at all levels are uncommunicative, arrogant, full of unkept promises and useless. HR a disaster. On-site subcontractors inept. Widespread lack of consideration for staff. Seeing they are in receivership just brings me joy... and hoping the receivers vaporize this hellhole ASAP.

      Guaranteed full time of 40 hours. You have to be seriously trying to get fired if you get fired. Some great people to work with.

      Production schedule and communication is less involve than the local McDonalds. Everyone has a plan and no one is on it. most are either unmotivated or bottom of the barrel dregs that will lower you down to their level with ‘tall poppy syndrome’. Limited pay rises that leave you seeking other jobs. Everyone that works that has been drilled into the head that you CANNOT make it anywhere else.
